Users receive messages only after providing consent during registration or account setup. No marketing or promotional content is sent through this campaign.
Users opt in by signing an SMS consent form during onboarding process. The signed documents the user's consent to receive authentication and security-related SMS messages. By signing and returning the consent, users authorize the service to send one-time passcodes and other security messages to the phone number they provide on the consent form.
Users may stop receiving messages by removing their phone number from their account, discontinuing use of the service, or replying STOP where supported.
